❌ No Returns For These Cases
We DO NOT accept returns for:
- 🌀 “Changed my mind” or “Not what I expected”
- 🎨 Slight color differences (lighting & screen settings vary)
- 📦 Opened or used items (hygiene + collector value matters!)
⚠️ Return Eligibility (Only If…)
You may request a return or refund ONLY if:
- 📦 Item arrived damaged or defective (unboxing video required)
- 🔄 Wrong item was sent (photo proof required)
- 🕵️ Package lost in transit (45+ days after shipment, for major orders only)

🔄 Return Steps (If Approved)

- Proof (photos or video of the issue)
- Receive return instructions from our support team.
- Return address will depend on your region.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Ship your item via tracked mail.
- Include original packaging or slip.
- We’re not responsible for lost or uninsured return shipments.
💵 Refund Processing
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Prefer store credit? Get +10% bonus value as a thank-you!
🌎 International Return Notes
If you’re outside the U.S., you’re responsible for:
- Customs forms (mark as “Return to Seller”)
- Return postage + taxes (some regions may charge VAT again)
- Insurance for safe return (optional but recommended)
🧸 Fair Use Policy
To keep it fair for everyone, we reserve the right to:
- Deny future returns from serial refund requesters
- Issue a replacement instead of a refund if more efficient
- Deduct up to 50% value for missing pieces or worn condition
